All Housekeeping staff are trained appropriately for their job functions, that enable work  productively within a short period of time, and be able to keep every part of the room clean and  shinning to the admiration of occupant. and at the end of servicing each area, each housekeeper  must tick a checklist to ensure tasks are completed and checked by the supervisor.  

In pursuit of meeting our client’s requirements we will focus on the quality of work produced for laundry services.  We will implement a system to allow proper monitoring of our client’s laundry. The following procedures are used: 

• Receiving and sorting (laundry by color and type of fabric).
• Washing (Water temperature).
• Drying • Ironing • Folding and packaging For proper washing of our client’s cloths the above will be the procedures that will be applicable  in our laundry department. 

 We understand that our biggest asset in our business is our employees and the support from the  local suppliers and communities. • Dining areas after each meal are swept and wet moped.
• Kitchen and mess halls are daily cleaned, sanitized, and sterilized.
• All kitchen equipment and furnishings are always clean.
• All food stores are always clean.
• Table clothes for dining tables are changed once per day.
• Floors are scrubbed at least twice a week • Bed being clean.
• Dust bin clean.
• Ablution areas are clean.
• Ceiling is clean.
• Window, frames, and mosquito nets are polished.
• Linen is washed.
• Floor is clean.
• TV working.
• Lights working.
